So I was fueling up today and after some messing around with the rear I got it to fill but then I moved to the front tank and it would fill at all except for a 10th of a gallon at a time. Anyone else have this problem?

Pickup bed or service body? We've got 2 obs service body trucks that it really sucks filling them up because you have to pump so slow. I've never had any problems out of any of my pickup bed obs trucks tho

Well I would first check under the truck to see if the fill tubes have begun to or have collapsed. If not then pull the vent lines off that feed back into the fill tubes and try to blow through them. If you can't then they're clogged and can't vent the air out. That's what I have to do on our service trucks about once every 3 months. Hope this helps!

X2, the displaced air in the tank has to have a place to go. The vent/rollover valve on the top of each tank has a hose attached that loves to get filled with crap.

I've had the same problem since I bought mine but I've found that once I have the nozzle in my tank if I hold up on the back of the handle it pumps just fine. Like the OP said it just kind of became a habit and everything under my truck has been replaced.

I have always left my truck running and switch to the tank that I am refueling. I get lucky from time to time and find a nozzle that wont kick off. Last fill was 26.5 Gal that's the most I have ever put in it.
