OK, I installed my AirDog 150 this week and Beans Sump, so then I didn't have to drop the fuel tank and I get a true 1/2" out of the tank with less stress on the pump.
I tied into my high pressure fuel pump, But the factory 5/16" line that I disconnected from the pump just sits open ended in the fuel rail. I could find nothing in the directions from Air Dog to plug it any way or anything. Tonight when I filled my truck up I had fuel start running everywhere. I crawled underneath and it was coming from the OEM fuel line that comes from the tank to the High Pressure pump that I abandoned. My question is, is there any way to plug that line with a quick connect fitting. I have searched around and could find anything. I want to keep it, in-case anything happens to my lift pump. Do I need to get a 5/16" quick connect to An adapter and cap it? I don't want to spend $100 bucks in metal fittings if someone knows of a plastic or quick connect fitting thats a plug/cap. :fordoval:

Called AirDog and they just said Huh?..... So I got ahold of Eric at Vulcan Performance out in Washington and he CNC'd me a 5/16 Male Quick Connect Fitting Blank that hadnt been drilled through, so I will have a plug. It will be here tomorrow.
I spoke with Grainger, Napa, Advance Auto, no one had any male fittings and Jegs and Summit wanted like $40 for a fitting that I would have to get a cap for. I just wanted to keep this line in case I need to use just the OEM pump in the event of the Air Dog going out.
