Fuel Line Measurements?

I am going to be doing my fuel system in the next couple of months. Wondering if anyone has made their own system on a crew cab long box and knows about how much line i should get for -10, -8, and -6? Also, is everyone mounting their pump and filters on the frame under the drivers door? any more hidden location for it, or some kind of cool location?

Best advice I have been given on 6.0 fuel systems. Talk to Dennis at strictly diesel, can answer all ypur question and can save you time and money on what parts you need.
