Ok, this may be difficult to explain.

Under hard acceleration (to the floor) truck has an issue. It bucks, misses, acts like its not getting enough fuel... not really sure how to explain it. Its an automatic but feels like (if it was manual) that the clutch is slipping. I guess its possible that the torque converter is going out, but under normal load, or towing there is zero issues.

Also, at very random times truck would fall flat on its face. (only for a second)If driving it will pick right back up and continue driving normally. If at stop light, truck will die.

I now have irates e-fuel (set at 63 psi) and tunes from gearhead. Truck now ONLY has same issues on the all out tune.

Signs that my hpop is going out, or could it be a sensor?

Im not really sure what to explain to help you guys diagnose, so if you have any questions please ask.

Regards,
Don

mine did something very similar, if I floored it it would do the same type thing, I put in new injectors and still haven't changed the tuning and it was night and day, it now shifts super smooth, no bucking, no kicking, and all I replaced was injectors, injector harnesses and gaskets. I swear by PIS injectors.

I went back to post more, and my damn phone died before I was done, lol. I was going to say he may have two separate issues, because no, switching tunes wouldn't indicate a cps issue. To me, if it only acts up in the all out tune, it's the hpop getting weak, or a major hpo leak, BUT you would think there would be other issues if he had a major leak.

It had the same issues before any tuning. It runs better on every other tune accept all out, then the isues are back. Injectors, vlv cover gaskets and connecters r in the short future
