Fuel Pump problems need help !!

I have a 2002 with some fuel issues I can't get the pump to come on when the key is turned.. I checked voltage at the inertia switch and only had 2 vdc.. Not sure where to go from here.. Anything helps.. Thanks

Check the wiring harness that is right about the driveside shock tower right under the airfilter. My 02 was doing the same thing and the wire harness ended up rubbing raw and shorted out.

Hook the pump directly to a 12v power source to see if the pump is actually good.. signal voltage to fire the relay is low like you already found so that should be good.
