Fuel system question

I know this was on here before but I couldnt find it. I was wondering who has made there own fuel systems from there airdog 2 up to the HPFP with a fuel regulator and gauge. A budget kit I guess I should say.

I have made my own with my fass. No regulator though. -8 line straight to the hpfp. -6 for return and bringing the 3 returns together with-6 nitrous Y's. Frame mounted cooler than to the tank

Its plugged in but just zip tied to the loom. I will have it plumbed in in a few weeks when i install dual fuelers.

Aeromotive 4 port regulator....10an supply line to airdog....6an return....8an to the hpfp....looks like the elite kit just no block! Its a lot of parts and can be budget depending on how you order everything. Price varies with what you want push fittings are cheaper and so is just plain rubber hose. I have nylon braided and thread tightened fittings which is more expensive but looks awesome.

What's the safe fuel temp range? I run one of those in my fuel system and my tank and filters will still get pretty hot to the touch.

It has been for me. Might throw another one in because of the twin pumps. I couldnt tell you safe range. I never monitored temps prior

Will do on the pics.....I went the expensive way of course. Nylon braided hose....thread type fittings. Aeromotive everything I could! They even make a fitting that converts the stock HPFP hard line to a AN line.....So no tricks in getting to the HPFP! Just cut the stock line install the fitting and run flexable line around to the regulator. I can try and get a parts list together but like I said I went the crazy way and went for looks. You could really do it CHEAP if you had too.

I will post a better list later my parts sheet is with my truck in the garage that should be enough to get you looking though.......they make fittings that are 10AN to 3/8" NPT for the airdog.....I put a guage on the side to measure fuel pressure too! Also look at banjo fittings for the fuel cooler and that one is 6AN also. You will also need a 6an to 8an adapter for the regulator on the HPFP side and the sensor will plug in also. I will get pics up ASAP!!!

I was looking at you one pic of your engine and do you have to pull the lines off the front of the heads and run them down to the regulator or back to the airdog?
