I used the Strictly harness to wire the Fuellab pump on my 99' 7.3L, made for a super easy and clean install.

Truely a quality piece. Sure you can get them for less, but they probably won't last and aren't vehicle specific.

i built my own harness for my fuelab pump because at the time, Dennis didn't have these. Looks like a good thing to have if you get a pump

No, it doesn't have the speed control wire. Most people are jumpering the pump to run at reduced speed and leaving it that way. I feed 400s in my race truck at reduced speed with no pressure drop.

all you need is a 4 inch piece of wire with a ring terminal connector on each end, jumping the ground and the speed control post on the pump. Its super easy.

Ran mine at half speed as well, 938hp on the dyno fuel pressure gauge never moved.

actually if you get the pump from Dennis...he already has it setup at reduced speed by adding the jumper wire. I'm sure you can just tap into the wire by using a switch so that if you want to run it at full speed....just flip the switch and there ya go.

I haven't done that in a while. The original pumps required a special resistor and didn't have the external speed control lug so I did the speed control stuff here. Now they just require a simple jumper wire so we leave it to the customer to do.

Might be a little off topic,,, but Would this work with the AD2 at all??? looks similar?? Or does anybody know if some one is making an upgraded harness for that pump

Not sure why it wouldn't, but if the harness problem is related to all of the ADII electric motors that have gotten diesel fuel in them due to shaft seal problems, my harness won't "fix" the problem. If the amp draw of the motor goes way up due to fuel in the motor (where it isn't supposed to be), it could still possibly damage my harness.

Nice piece of wiring for sure. I set up speed control on a WOT switch so it only goes ape $h!t when I do.
