We are thinking of d3l3ting our f350, what power can be gained from fully d3l3ting it and just doing the minimum tuning to make the truck work?

If I'm understanding you right, there is no minimal tuning. Either you're tuned or not. Not sure what you mean by that.

But depending on the tuning you get, some tuners have a stock power level tune with the d p f off if you're looking for minimal power. Of course if you buy the tuner you always have the option for a higher hp tune.
