Funky Smell

I'm curious, has anyone else ever noticed a "Vinegar" kind of odor when starting your rig up with the AC system on? I've noticed it for the last 6 months or so now. Can't nail down WTF it is.

Am I wrong that 99-03 7.3's (Mine is an 03 7.3) do not have passenger compartment cabin filters?

Correct, no cabin filter.

Set the A/c to fresh air, blower on high and spray a can of Lysol into the cowl intake.

You have some mold growing on the evaporator

You sure that's not antifreeze you smell? A leaking heater core will do it.

Absolutely positive it's not antifreeze. I know the difference between douchy smelling feminine products and radiator fluid lol.
