Can you swap the gear sets from the 1999+ Front diff, into the older 94-97 d60. I can't afford new ones to match the rear 4.10s but my parts truck superduty has 4.10s up front.
Some 99 to 2002 F250 & 350 superduty's came with a Dana 50 front diff. If your parts truck does have a Dana 60, the ring & pinion should work in the older diff.
