Do you guys have any good recommendations on tie rod ends? I have replaced the one going to the panhard arm 2 other times with a Napa and auto zone. Those both got pretty lose in a short amount of time. What are you guys running? Thanks

I replaced several in a year of the autozone ones on the 99. I went to a moog but only had it 6 months maybe but it still was good and already had outlasted the autozone one.

really? haha, makes more sense. Looks like dogpiss

Yeah seems like all the moog chasis parts I've bought come bare steel. Once the machine oil wears off there is nothing protecting it so they rust quick. That is one bad thing about them but fixable with a quick shot of spray paint.

Does anyone else run the XRF?

Do you guys by chance have part numbers for the moog ones?

Are there any other good ones out there?

So far, so good! However, my other ones we really bad so anything was an improvement. ;)
I have less than 5K on them, currently.
But, now I need to do my my sway bar and track bar bushings. I'm thinking I'll just replace the whole thing(s), instead of messing with removing and re-installing the bushings.

I bought and installed the XRF tie rod/drag link package here:

But, you might see if any of the supporting vendors can hook you up with a better price??

Are these parts for our trucks actual xrf or BAW? I have read some people get xrf chassis parts and they come stamped BAW which makes a lot of parts for suppliers. It wasn't for our trucks though so thats why I wondered. Hell my buddy got a moog tie rod end last year and it was stamped with a motorcraft stamp.

Has anyone run a setup like Farmboy Fab. use to build that uses the GM 1ton rod ends? I have heard of guys building a swap like this. Seems like the stright bar design would work pretty whell.
