I broke down and bought a D60 from a 92-95 truck. It's a SRW balljoint axle but has the different calipers, looks like. that's why I say 92-95.
The rotors are rusty and rough; I have a better set of hubs and rotors off of a 50 though. I assume they'll swap?
Big question is regarding springs: I have an aftermarket set of springs on the truck now. They are positive arch and thick, about 4 or 5 leaves.
I assume they will work but ride verrrry rough. And probably cause the stock track bar to not work.
If I don't do an RSK, and just use F350 diesel springs, how will the truck sit compared to stock? I have 2" blocks in the back, will it look right? Will stock length shocks work?
What driveshaft ujoint will I need? The sticky article doesn't say. yoke on the 60 looks a LOT bigger.
