The 38r is old tech with a 66 comp and stock 68mm turbine wheel aka 66/68. They are both very old designs and turbos have come a long way in the past 15-20 years KC has multiple options KC stock plus 60/68 - best with stock injectors maybe 160/stock KC stage 1 63/68 - stock to 160/30 KC stage 2 63/73 - 160/30 to 205/30 KC stage 3 66/73 - 205/80 to 238/100 So sizing your turbo/injectors to your needs and how you plan to use the truck is always going to get you the best results.
