H&S Mini Maxx "dead"

Anybody experience this? Recently bought a mini maxx for a fellers project and it is literally dead. My personal mini works in his truck, his won't work in mine, and lastly the USB won't power it also. I'm stumped?

Try a new HDMI cord. Or it's a connection inside.

Check the fuse on the little box for the hdmi

Went thro some tests with two different trucks and USB plugged in wall, still no power. No biggie it'll go out Monday.

if it won't power up by USB, it's toast
