Head Studs in Northern California

I am wanting to have headstuds, egr delete, and a few other goodies done in not too long and was wondering who I should go to in the Northern California area. I'm about an hour from Sacramento and 1 1/2 hours from Redding. I got a quote from one Redding shop that seemed to be waaaay higher then it should be.
