Head studs valve springs

How hard is it to do head studs and valve springs in a 97 with motor/cab in/on

Takes some time, but it's just the rear most cylinders that will give you grief.
Took me the better part of the weekend to do by myself. A top side creeper would make your job much easier.

14 hours to do my valve springs. It was a huge pain in the a$$. And make sure u have a valve spring tool. Also when u torque the rocker bolts down after about 200-300 miles pop the valve covers off and retorque them.
