There has been trucks make 1000hp on stock headbolts before studs became available. Probably not last for long that way, but did it none the less. So, no this is not a 7.3, 6.0, 6.4 engine that you are going to blow gaskets... unless your really doing something cool.

10-4. I've seen a few blown headgaskets since 2012 and most were higher mileage (150,000+) trucks that failed after a heavy weight hill climb. Some were tuned, some were not.
They seem to be holding up very well in this department if you keep them maintained (coolant flushes) and don't overheat them. All bets are off if the truck is neglected or beaten, like any other platform.

About two years ago i had an issue with the passenger side headgasket. I was talking to one of the techs and he said they had seen another one come in near the same time as me with a similar issue but they "claimed" to be untuned. Other than those two I havent heard of many others.
