Headlight retro fit wiring help

Hey guys. Just got a mini d2s kit for my 250 and accidently clicked on can bus h13 instead of motocontrol h13. Is there any way to wire it in or do I have to buy that harness

Should be the same besides the resistors included in the canbus harness. You should be able to unplug those
