heads possibly

i have 2000 E350 with the 7.3 with 270,000 miles just recently replace an injector but now in my coolant reservor there is oil but the oil dipstick shows nuthing but oil i was wondering if maybe it is the heads or what else could it be any info would surely help.

Injector cup could be cracked.

How much oil is the reservoir?

Possibly the oil cooler, that's a place where they mix. Oil pressure is normally higher than water pressure so that's why oil will go into water at the cooler

Ok so today it started puking water again and it smell's like diesel what could it be

Check out Riffraff diesel performance. They sell a kit will all the O-rings you will need, the sealant for the cups, the cups, and the install and removal tool.

I put a "T" in the coolant line at the top of the bottle with a schraeder valve. Four of the cups were obvious but the other two didn't show any sign of leaks till I put pressure on the system.
