We think the trucks computers were swopped (stolen) due to all the mismatched chit we've come across on the 1st shop that touched my truck..

What machanics experiencing is a NO COMMUNICATION, NO KEY indicator light on dash with all connections checked & rechecked, ground cables & everything else. Is my only solution at this point to remove computers for re flashing/reprogramming them or what? Gonna check ser#'s also to reference being original's. Anything else anyone can help with would be great! New batteries installed this am & trucks been down since blk Friday 2014. Thanks, Jayson.

FYI, 08 job1. Truck went in for complete motor rebuild,TC, turbos, nozzles..

You can't reprogram/reflash a module outside of the vehicle. Not to mention that will not fix your issue.

Your vehicle uses Controller Area Network (CAN) bus, which allows modules to communicate with each other as well as to communicate with the scan tool. If a fault is present in the network circuits, such as an open, short to ground, or short to voltage, you will have communication issues. Communication can also be brought down by a faulty module that pulls down the network.

If the cab was just off the vehicle, chances are the technician/mechanic forgot to connect an in-line connector. This is a common occurrence. There is a connector (C134 I believe) that joins the PCM, TCM, and ABS Module with the rest of the network. It it located in the engine compartment, and has to be unplugged during cab removal. That's the first place I would start, as it's the most likely cause of your communication issue.

doing nozzles w/o a 2nd pump is depleting my fuel rail pressure FAST, even w/a Newer HPFP.. It's def going to need a 2nd pump (like u all say) in order to maintain fuel rail pressure at WOT if I want more/reliable power. So dyno stopped at 620+hp/1140+tq for today.

maybe I can order a tune to pull PW out til I can get fuel system up to par?

Mods: coated/de lipped Pistons standard bore, new balanced hp/lp wheels, 30% nozz, stage1 cam, SAD lifters, springs/retainers, pushrods, head job, wg, FTI tq, on stock rods/trans..

Stock turbos? Also what tune and/or pw and rail pressure. That seems like good numbers for stock fuel pump and turbos

Bullseye Lp/Hp balanced wheel replacement. Plenty of fuel down low & No idk rail/pw.. Was just told it's not maintaining, last ran yielded 650 rwhp/1200tq. Trying to get a revised tune from GH to maintain rail until I get fuel upgraded.
