Help....Im broken and need advice

Literally...I broke my leg over Thanksgiving riding my dirt bike. Now my 99.5 PSD F250 is pissing fuel out of the front of the motor and I'm unable to crawl up there to work on it. From what I can see it looks like its coming out of some tube on the passenger side. My brother in law is coming over to help but hes damn near retarded when it comes to anything mechanical. Any body ever had fuel leak like this? any help is appreciated:fordoval:

Probably the drain on the fuel bowl. It's a little yellow handle on the back of the fuel bowl

That tube sounds like the fuel bowl drain line. Look at the back of the fuel bowl and see if the valve is open

No, haven't touched it. Ever.

It couldve been opened before and a clog dislodged. Seen it. If not its in the front of the head.

Ok, my BIL climbed up there and says the lever is in the closed position. Its definitely that tube its leaking from. He opened and closed it a few times. Hopefully it was just a piece of something holding it open and leaking past

Have to replace the o-rings in it. Takes all of 20 mins usually....but you have to get the o-rings.

The o-rings are prone to leak on that valve.

You have never drained the bowl when changing fuel filters?

You can make a boot plug to get you mobile til you get new O rings.

Just got it from guzzle. Now to figure out how to rebuild it

It is not too tough really. Need a torx to get it off the back of the fuel bowl. Then pop out the old and in with the new.
