Ok guys heres my situation, I finally bit the bullet and bought a set of 20X10 Bmfs off a fellow member wrappen in 305/50/20 Nitto 420s, but they look way too small for the truck so im debating on lowering it about 2 inches all the way around. The truck has been leveled with a custom add a leaf in the front from a local spring shop, and the smaller block that measures 2.5 inches in the back not a 3.5 like iv read the 350s should have. So my question is how would i lower the whole truck 2-2.5 inches? Can i pull the rear block out completely then remove the add a leaf or are the rear blocks tapered? Anyone done this before? Truck is my 2000 F350 reg cab long bed 6speed 4x4.

I'd say easiest way would be remove the block and the AAL, and new U-Bolts.

I'll see if I can find some pics of my old truck. I had stock F-250 springs up front and a billet 1" block in the rear with 20x10 and 305/50's. Looked pretty good if you ask me. No block in the rear and stock springs up front gave the truck a reverse rake.

I'm fairly certain that if you go with excursion springs, you have to get the driveshaft shortened.

The most you can do without alot of trouble is just remove the leveling kit, and the block in the rear.

What about 5.4 springs upfront? Bad idea? I've been thinking about dropping mine down to slightly under stock. I'm sitting on 2" lift with x code front leafs
