Hey guys I have a 97 f-250 and I'm looking for more power and fuel economy if possible. I'm shooting for the 500 horse region. I have the d66 turbo, cxracing intercooler, mbrp 3 in down pipe to 4 inch exhaust, s&b intake, the php hydrachip, built tranny (good for 600 horse and 1100 torque) and pillar gauges. I'm interested in the swamps 200/200 hybrids and the bdp single pump fuel system( so I can keep using my original tanks instead of swapping for one large one ). I have arp headstuds already ordered. I'd like to know if you can run those injectors on a stock hpop cause Id rather not buy it of its not necessary at this point in time. Trucks only got 140k on it so I'd assume the hpop isn't considered bad yet. And if anybody's ran that d66 with lots of boost id like to know when its out of its safe power region since it's none wastegated. if there's anything you guys think I'd need or should change my mind on I'd appreciate your input. Thanks guys

Isn't 500 a little steep for a 66 and 200/200s? There are more company's than just bqp that sells efuel systems that allow you to use 2 thanks. And just like arisley said your going to need oil, but lack of hpo won't hurt injectors they just won't run to full potential so I guess you could run the stocker, you would pretry much wasting money on injectors however

I don't know why anyone would go with a 200/200, a 250/200 will do the exact same thing and leave a little room for the future. Also you might as well get rid of the d66 and go to at minimum a s366 but preferably a 468.

ahock feel free to shoot me an email and we can go over some options! We aren't on here frequently enough to reliably respond quickly.

My suggestion would be an Adrenaline, 250/100 hybrid, and the fuel system of your choice. All of which we can set you up with for an affordable price.

You could go to a 200% nozzle if you are comfortable with who is going to be tuning it. That is the only downfall to a 200 is the tuning gets a spec more difficult and some don't want to mess with that aspect.

I was planning on getting the adrenaline hpop unless somebody told me otherwise. And is the d66 too small compared to the s366 or 468? I haven't heard of those. Another question is what's safe power for a stock bottom end I'm worried about ruining the thing if I went with a bigger injector like the 250cc. Cause if I have the power I'm gonna use it my foot is pretty heavy. That's why I was content with the 200/200

If your wanting good fuel economy and good power I would lean away from the 200% nozzle and go with a 238/80 injector. Still almost get you your 500 hp and be a lot more friendly with your hpop and turbo.

You can limit pulse width on a set of 250/200's and essentially make them a set of 200/200's

That heavy foot isn't going to help your fuel mileage lol. Seriously though, good advice already in here. I'd just add call your injector builder of choice and tell them your set up and goals. You mentioned you're looking at Swamp's injectors, doesn't hurt to give Dave a call and if you go with them spend the extra $100 for tunes for your hydra.
