High boost numbers with Mini Max

This is my second Ford 6.4, I just deleted the truck an downloaded the " mild " tunes. On stock tune dpf removed the truck will make about 36 psi, maybe even as much as 38... The tow tune will see 40+, same thing with the street tune, on Hot doing the trans relearn I seen 48 and let out. I don't have studs, and I'm trying to keep it this way. These numbers seem high to me, I just want to be safe. What can I do to reduce these numbers?

ultimately, the length of time your head gaskets last for is controlled by your right foot. how hard you get on the truck when it is cold, prolonged high egts and boost are what cause issues. setting conservative defuels on your mini maxx is a good start.

here is what i set mine at:
cold coolant 170
hot coolant 225
boost 44
egts 1450
trans temp 195

in all fairness i would recommend spending 200.00 on the mcc unlock code and buying Gearhead custom tuning. they run better and cleaner imo.

Would a blow off valve, or waste gate help me out?

A wastegate would bleed off drive pressure so that the turbos can't make more boost

I had a 12v dodge with compound turbos on it, I had ran two non gated turbos and used a blow off valve... Welded directly to the hot side inter cooler pipe... I tuned it to where I wanted my boost... Can a similar set up be used on this ford?

Lol I can't blow my head gaskets. I've hit 54 in the dually. I run the HD300 no defuels at all. Lol I cant wait till they blow. Cause its boring @ 550 Hp! Its about time to start next years dpc build.

I have hit 51-52 towing the fiver on the Innovative Street Tune. I was more worried about blowing a boot than the gaskets. I am going back to the tow tune over the mountains. I dont like watching gauges that close. But damn did it pull.
