How is the coolant pumped through the intercooler?

Is it a natural convection (siphoning) system or is there a pump for the secondary system which includes the intercooler? Seems there's an extra heat exchanger in the grill for it too?

The intercooler is part of the secondary cooling system, system flow comes from the secondary water pump. Heat exchanger is the secondary radiator. Cant remember exactly everything but also on that system is part of the egr cooler, transmission cooler, fuel cooler.

The secondary radiator has two thermostats, one at each end. Regulates the radiator to two different temperatures. Can't remember specs for the temps now.
