Combine the low oil pressure we see when hot, and extended idle. With the 6.4 factor in the added fuel in the oil from regens and boom. This last failure had gotten 7k oil changes from dealer until 100k, that's when he had someone else start them. It came in with the correct filter and cap also. So whoever was doing them was doing it correct. I have now added the 2nd lowest mileage lifter failure. First being 55k, but it was an ambulance that was idled to death. This one @115k is really throwing me off. The truck I just bought has one failed @196k. I know the truck, and oil was always done @5k with OE filter. [/QUOTE]
