How to add 4 more inches??

I have a l99 f250 with a 4 inch rough country right now but I want to add another 4 inches in the front what's the cheapest way to go about this

l99 7.3 38r zf6 4 inch rough country 20x14 fuel maverics on 33 trail grapplers

I would probably use a hanger kit. Look at pmf.
Cheapest isn't really a good word to use when lifting your truck 4 more inches.

You want cheap? Blocks. You want safe and functional? There is way more to an 8 inch lift than 4.
