How to: Fuel Bowl Rebuild (Video)

BY POPULAR DEMAND I PRESENT...

My fuel bow rebuild video. I got numerous requests for a more concise video for fuel bowl rebuilds because the last one did not actually show the rebuild, just talked about it. So this new video will go step by step in the rebuild process.

Hopefully this will help people out. I know it helps me to see things before I do them. This video DOES NOT cover removal or re-installation of the fuel bowl, as that was covered in my other video.

As always feedback is encouraged. I will be happy to answer any and all questions about the video or anything else. If I dont know the answer I will either find it or direct you to someone who can get the information for you.

did you use a kit or source your own? I'm wanting to delete mine but can't see spending the 4-500 I've been quoted.

You are talking about deleting the fuel bowl and doing an RR.

I used the kit from DieselOrings for $17 to rebuild the bowl.

Nice job. I gutted my standpipe. Also missing my fuel bowl heater.

Hey Trey how much Hp can a stock fuel bowl keep up with till it can't flow engouh?

The fuel bowl and HP are not directly proportionate. But I see where you're coming from.

There is no exact answer because like I said, they are not directly related. It would come down to how much fuel you need to flow and how quickly.
