hp formula questions

Alright, I've followed a couple of these threads, trying to get some concensus, at least in my own mind, lol. Since there is no "how to make xxx hp" sticky yet.

Sounds like a '15 turbo should clean up 450-475hp?
What about other airflow mods, i.e. manifolds, intakes, etc.
Fuel system upgrades, only seeing a duel fuel setup? Not really sure what that is even. I'm still stuck in the 7.3s, but I'm going to start looking for a 6.7 for a dd.
I know these are the latest and greatest, and I'd assume upgrades are priced accordingly, so any knowledge you guys would care to share is helpful!

Yes I understand the concept of the search function.

As there is no stickies in the 6.7 performance section, I was hoping for a basic synopsis of what different shops or individuals have tried, and their results. I know the volume of knowledge is considerably less than the previous engines.
I've read the turbo comparison threads, really more curious about the fuel side, and reliability mods to complement bigger hp.
