HPOP Swap - Now No Start?

I had a HPOP spit out the non-serviceable plug on me. I had a spare HPOP with IPR that I was given - not much history on. I swapped the HPOP's out and kept the IPRs with the pumps. Refilled the resevoir and topped off the oil. Crank and nothing happens. While cranking, I can clearly hear the injectors clicking but truck will not start. I unplugged the ICP and there is a much louder injector noise under the hood (not so much in the cab) - and the truck won't start. I swapped the electrical component of the IPR and the truck won't start. I am going to swap IPR's and see if that fixes the problem but am looking for any additional ideas trouble shooting...

Would be nice... I am going to swap IPRs and ohm out the wiring to make sure there isn't a short or open circuit.

Anyone have other ideas?

Check the electrical connections that pass through the V. When I did mine I partially unplugged the wiring harness that fed the drivers side injectors. It looked fine but was not pushed in enough to make contact. Blown fuel filter bowl heater fuse?

will result in no power to the IDM and no "WTS" light..

good point.. I was gonna say a HP oil system full of air... like when you change injectors..

So swapped IPRs and still no start. Fully charged batteries, 15 minutes of cranking, still no start.

Builds low pressure oil, injectors click, no smoke, no smell out of the exhaust, and no start...

Any ideas?

Could the HPOP be bad? Sounds like Danny's truck. Just wondering. Hope you find the problem.
