huge single non vgt

ok guys I have hypermax 225/100s on the way built from new alliant cores. I have a guy that runs the same injectors with a single s472 non divided up pipes and says it is a beast on the highway and is drive able on the street. I can not bring myself to believe that since it is such a big single. What do you guys think?

He is switching to a big vgt and will sell me the turbo setup for cheap so is this just as sales pitch or what?

Is the turbo still in the truck? If it is go for a ride in it or have him send you some videos of him driving it and check out how spool up is.

ya I was pretty sure that was the deal... he said he wants to beable to tow again and the ONLY thing that made me even get on here and ask is because i remeber seeing that MPD once ran a single s475

I believe there is an mpd truck currently running s472 and 285s. Maybe ask them.

Mpd runs a single 475 but 285s are ALOT bigger than 225s lol

so they went 12.5 on fuel with 300s and 4094r and you guys went 12.5 on fuel with 285 150s and 472? just trying to compare apples to apples
