Hydra Chip Install. Need Help!!

Okay, so I just installed my new Hydra and ran into a problem. When I turn the key on, the chip reads "LL". I can't switch between tunes at all. Any ideas?

This is a picture of the PCM from the engine bay. Do the 2 gray parts need to be touching? As you can see they are still pretty far from touching and the bolt does not want to tighten any more and it feels like I'm gonna break the PCM every time I try to tighten it.

Have u pulled the pcm and tried plugging it back in to see if you get a better fit. Or maybe if you bent some pins while reinstalling?

Yes it continues to show "LL" after truck starts and no it has 6 tunes from Gearhead.

OBS73 - I'm about to pull it right now.

Took everything apart, readjusted the connection from the chip to the PCM. Put it all back together and now it's displaying "11". Idk what else to do.

Is the connection at the switch on the right way?

Make sure the cable isn't installed backwards in the chip try flipping it around

UPDATE: I took everything out again last night and couldn't find anything that may cause a problem. Once again, the switch displayed "11" and the CEL was on and the truck would not start. It WOULD start when it displayed "LL" but WOULD NOT start when it displayed "11". The weird thing is that I could not even switch between tunes on the Hydra, but I plugged my old DP-Tuner back in and I can switch between 1-4. I plugged the DP-Tuner back in though and now it won't work! I got to the point where I just unplugged both chips and am currently just running around in a stock truck. The good thing is that I live in Bryan and plan on just taking the truck to Matt or Lars on Monday to see if they can find the problem. I really hope they can cause this stock 7.3 is a turd!
