2015 Platinum with 22x10.5 BMF Novacanes.
I've got 33x12.50x22 Toyo MT's on it now. Switching to 325/50/22 Toyo AT 2's here shortly. I added an Icon 1" spacer (1.25" actual) and will be replacing the oem 2" rear block with a 2.5" to make it level again.
Suspension mods to come from PMF:
3-link, adjustable trac-bar, dual front stabilizer kit and traction bars using the u-bolt mounting plate.
Shocks will be Fox 2.0 with adjustable resi's and of course Fox for the steering stabilizer too.
I'll also be adding Hellwig sway bars front and rear.

I need the tires on before ordering shocks so I can make sure they clear. That will dictate shock length.

Am I missing anything important here? Are the non-adjustable resi shocks riding as good as the adjustable? That would save a few bucks too. Any other input on these parts as a whole?

No difference in ride from a resi to non resi, a 2" body of the same brand will ride the same with or with out the reservoir. The reservoir just keeps the shock fluid cooler when being worked hard, ie lots of compression and rebound cycling. Only way you would notice a difference in ride quality is if you really over worked them to the point of the fluid in the smooth body over heating. But for the price difference and the looks I'd do the reservoir up front and smooth body in the rear.

I would do the reservoirs up front. I personally think they are better. There is a puck in them with nitrogen on one side and fluid in the other. That puck can move.

I've had Hellwigs on every truck I've ever had, Gare. The improvement is drastic and I expect even more on this truck since it has no rear bar at all.

I definitely am gonna do the resi's. My question is more about the adjustable vs non. If the non-adjustable ride that good there's no real need to spend the extra money on the adjustable. My last 2 trucks had adjustable QA-1's and they were awesome once I dialed them in over the non-adjustable shocks I started with.

I mean you can fine tune the adjustable ones, but if you never take it off road the standard tuning is fine for 99% of the people. You may be the exception since you have a little more of a desired expectation. The shop Jeep we had was on a fully adjustable ICON coil over kit, and you could tell the difference. However we are talking taking it off road vs driving it on the street.

How much extra is it to have them adjustable? I would probably do it.

I know the 15s sit a little higher, but will the 1.25 spacer be enough to clear the tires? Or you going to do a little trimming?

I'm hoping it clears. If not I'll go to 2.5". Once I know what it takes to clear then I can order shocks at the right length.
There's quite a bit of room though...I hope it clears. I didn't want to lift it at all but there's not a 33" AT on the market I'd consider running.

That three link will give you a lot more adjustability to get it off the the back of the fender, and clearance issues at the bumper can be solved by a small shim on the front bumper.

What dum dum said^^

The adjustable arms should give you the flexibility you need to not have to go 2.5.

I'm still gonna do tires first. I'll sleep better at night knowing I got the right stuff. I'm not driving it now anyway...so I'm not in a hurry.

I've got 35's on my 20's looks rides nice,i'm 100% positive that if i went to 22's which are nice,i would definitely run 37's or a 35 @ bare minimum as with a 33's i'm thinking its gonna look like a bandaid, kinda like a kid whos pants show his boxers, just wrong & probably have alot rougher ride, but if it makes you happy go for it & dont look back(just my opinion&ive been wrong before so not taking any jabs just saying ),but you might want a fox 2.5 to help cushion the ride, good luck & interested in how you like it when done.
I wonder how those hellwigs fit with a lift in back as those i would definitely like to have along with the roadmaster active suspension, for added capability & handling.I had the roadmaster system before, nice & easy install & quite effective in handling and hauling capabilities, but ive not had the hellwigs but from what you say they do sound worth a try.
