Icon 2.5" springs vs level kit and new shocks

I have a 2010 ccsb debating on the icon 2.5" lift dual rate springs vs just going with a regular leveling kit and spending the extra on shocks.
Need opinions and what shocks possible

I think the springs really help. If I go back up with mine I'm going to springs, shocks and adjustable trac bar.

Carli springs or icon springs. You will not regret that decision.

As for shocks, buying a "decent" shock will still get you satisfying results and not break the bank.
