You mean the ipr was cleaned? Have you unplugged the icp sensor to see if it changes the idle?

How many miles are on the injectors?

Disassembling and cleaning an ipr isn't really a fool proof way of ruling out an ipr issue. When you unplugged the icp sensor did you do it while it was running? If so, did the truck make a different sound, or did it just continue to idle out just the same?

yes i did unplug it while it was running and no sound pretty much stayed the same but if the icp was bad why would it idle rough just when the engine warms up ?

Why do you think I keep asking you how many miles you have on the injectors?

You might start with an icp sensor and see where you go from there. It really is a matter of trial and error without a way to scan the truck.

Well when the ICP sensor goes bad it usually is leaking oil through it. It could be that when the truck warms up the oil thins out and is able to leak through. A HPO leak will definitely make the truck run different.

my buddy has an ae scanner it comes up with no codes what so ever how else would i see if the icp or ipr are bad

A lot of times there will be no code when the ICP sensor is bad.

On another note, I am having a problem similar to yours. But my idle does not change by 200 RPM's. My truck just shakes when warm LOL
