wtf is going on here I replaced this thing 3 months ago and now it's squeaking like hell again...it was very slight at first but then I sprayed wd40 on it (guess I shouldn't have done that) and it made it a whole hell of a lot louder. It's the pulley right below the pipe that comes off the inter cooler on the passenger side. Gonna try pb blaster in the morning. Maybe the belt is too tight? Any help would be great. Thanks guys

I had mine replaced 2 times before Ford installed the "upgraded one" what ever that means, it hasn't squealed again in 2 yrs.

what you really need to do is take the belt off and check the idlers, and tensioner bearings, make sure they spin free and smooth, if they freewheel and make noise, or seam tied up then that's the one that's giving you issues.

My tensioner started to come apart and that's what was causing the squeak. Replaced it boom the truck is solid now
