In need of 6.4l vgt actuator rod. Or bad vgt.

The rod that comes out of the vgt with the u shaped peice of metal on it that connects to the vgt actuator, the rod with the u shpaed part that is in the vgt exhaust housing itself broke. And ford only sells it as a complete vgt actuator when I only need the one part. Looking for a bad vgt or just the rod. Can post pics if it helps

If its just the exposed rod can you just weld it back together?

Its not. Its the end of that rod that goes into the vgt housing. Basically what the long rod is connected to on the vgt itself

Gotcha, yeah you'll have to find a junked one. Probably best bet will be eBay.
