Got is running again just un-threaded itself all the plugs were loose on that side 3 of 4 gp connectors were unplugged fixed the bare minimum. Now a few other things need to be done not sure how to do them or where to get the tools.

-Injector cup tool asked at Ford said bolts washers and nuts to make it work in truck I do not have the time for that I want the K.I.S.S tool.

-My Injection pressures are low power on the top end running 2600-2900@ 35% 40% 2800-3000 hit 3100 a couple times down low it is mint 900-1100@ 15%. My thought is new hpo lines, injector o-rings and the rear of the reservoir is developing a leak thinking it is the seal or o-rings no idea. Where is a good place to start.

Yeah stock just fixed a few continuity issues and cleaned and added some dielectric grease to every connector that had corrosion. It has no balls after 2600rpm falls on its face especially from a dead stop or 5psi boosted launch borrowed some gauges and sensors was pushing 28psi full tilt touched 1300 egts a few times on some hard pulls maintained <1100* @ less than 2200 can only get 50 psi inline post fuel pump@ full tilt and 60psi idle. Idles similar to the obs trucks now choppy and louder. very much like this truck.

Yeah everyone single one except the tank ones just keep procrastinating it lately and got some grocery getter oil in it for now shts expensive and just causes way to many issues. Going to delo 400 instead for cost purposes 3500 mile intervals. I still cannot find out why my pcm keeps giving me failure codes swapped that and the idm out ran like sh*t thought a piston was going to exit the block dumping way too much fuel put the old idm in no issue still showing pcm failure. I think it is a tuning issue or something is not adding up for a idm/pcm based on my vin to not work and dump so much fuel it smells like straight diesel. Somewhere it is not communicating or sending the proper signals to run properly.

Be careful, this guy breaks tools.

Haha funny, It is true found my issue is user and the tool need better quality ratchets along with some breaker bars. It is amazing how long tools last when the right tool is used properly LOL. Still craftsmen is not lasting snap on, gearwrench with some proto coarse tooth. I may invest in my own set since I will need one at some point later on or borrow one just to get the job done.
