Injector Issue?

I have a truck in my possession with what I assume is a stuck injector. Lots of gray/black smoke at idle and barely wants to run. Will AE work well enough to pinpoint which injector?

I only ask because I dont want to order AE if it doesn't work well for the 6.4's. Anyone have experience?

I just got my AE. Haven't had a chance to mess with it but it says it can do glider contribution tests and cutout tests. I'd think it would be good enough.

Well I got my AE today from Dennis at Strictly Diesel (Thanks Dennis) and it definitely seems like it'll do anything I need it to do. I just never hear of people using AE much on 6.4's for some reason and was skeptical.

Just looking back through my threads and figured I'd just say what the problem was for said truck just for the archives.

The EGR ended up being stuck open. I could've swore it sounded like it was hydro locking when being started. Did an EGR delete and the issue was gone.
