injector orings?

Hey guys, my truck in the last month has had new icp, hpop w/ipr, new fuel filter w/fuel bowl rebuild, new fuel pump, new clutch and new 3" dp, now it has had a stutter at above 2000 rpm's all along, still does, now I know I've only put about 40 miles on it since the hpop change and all, but it still got a stutter pretty bad, like it's chugging along. And since it had it before all this I'm thinking maybe my issue is now injector orings. Anybody chime in, the help would be greatly appreciated.

Only 40 miles on the new HPOP, theres most likely still air in the system, which you WILL feel. Get to 100 miles on the new HPOP and report back. Also, check the fuel filter at that point as well to see if its blackened.

It's like a sputter, but its really only over 2000 rpm's and it's worse when it warms up. If I really get into it over 2000 rpm's it will just sort of chug along but if I ease on it it'll usually work through the chug and go on, but on a steep hill it won't hardly work through it and I can barely pull myself up the hill. It does seem to clear up once it nears 3000rpm's though.

Well I will for sure hit that 100 mile mark this weekend, I'm driving it back to Kentucky from Washington dc, about a 550 mile trip. If it's not cleared up then I guess I'll know for sure.lol.

Still acting up?

Fuel filter black? Oil level hasn't gone up? Take the cap off the degas bottle and smell for fuel

Air filter clean? How old is the oil and filter?

I think as part of my diagnosis I would want to know what my fuel pressure was.

Yeah ide sheck fuel pressure as well. And if your only getting the shuttering at high rpms that leads me more to believe that its air in the hpo
