Then I put a built NADP tranny in and it shifts perfect. I was ok with it missing shifts but when the converter started slipping in over drive when I layed into it. It was time for a new one. But it did last for four months before it started to screw up. Make sure u run good synthetic oil. Ford microm sp(yes they still sell it) the new ford LV oil isn't as good or run amsoil trans oil.
