I need new injectors for my truck.

It appears that Rosewood diesel sells the rebuilt at $1250 and new at $1850. I don't think I am interested in reusing nozzles or wear parts. I am leaning towards new just because I'm not interested in screwing with it. I expect to get in and have it work and that's much more important than performance or anything else.

I am considering stage 1's though.... I'll start a new post for that. Is there ANY good reason to spend the $600 extra for new?

IIRC Jims remans have all wear items replaced IE: plungers, barrels, and nozzles its been a while since I talked to him.

If I was putting injectors in my truck right this minute going from stock, I would buy new AC injectors from one of the injector shops and have them flow matched before they were shipped. Just my personal preferance.

I hear Joe telling about the ac's in his wifes ex. Where do you find these , I am not seeing them listed by ff,swamps etc...

FF will list them as new stage ones. They are new alliant power 160cc injectors with stock nozzles.

I am not in injector builder but they match things like the pressure at which the pintle in the injector leaves the seat etc that makes it so that each injector is as much like the next as possible. A truck with real nice injectors has a really smooth idle.
