Alright, so my truck is going under the knife this week for Casserly 190/75's, PowerMax turbo, and an AirDog 2.

I have a shop doing all the work for me, and I am providing all the parts. The injectors and turbo are both used (1,000 miles on both), AirDog is brand new from PTP. What gaskets, o-rings, accessories, and etc. will I need to purchase?

And should I clean the exterior of the injectors? If so, with what? And could I clean the wheel and exterior of the turbo with some carb/brake cleaner, or would that be a bad idea? Like I said, it's only got 1,000 miles on it, so I see no sense in pulling it apart and cleaning it.

Dont even bother. If there is only 1000 miles on it you should be good to install. Not a bad idea to replace the copper compression washers on the bottom of the injectors. If you use a deep 8mm socket to slide the new washer back on the injector that works really well. Might as well replace the orings on them too for piece of mind. You can get those from ford. It is really straight forward to do it yourself too if you have a weekend free.

I don't really have the time or resources to do it myself.

So is all I need is the injector O-rings? What about turbo gaskets?

What about high pressure oil rail o-rings?

He said the injectors were used (~1000 miles).

I would just get as mentioned the injector oring kit for 8 injectors that has new copper washers. I would kit a turbo install kit as it has the gasket and orings for the feed and drain lines.

Now depending on how long it has been (if ever) since you pulled the valve covers and and oil rails, I would just go ahead and get new valve cover gaskets and new stand pipe orings all just to be safe. JMO and hope it helps. Best of luck man for sure.

I'd just get 8 injector seal kits from ford, this includes exterior body o rings, new d rings for the top, and copper seal washer. I'd reused copper crush washers sometimes with no issues but it cant hurt there like 8 bucks a piece for the kits.

I put the O-rings and copper washers on the injectors, told the shop to order the turbo kit since the dealership was out of stock. Is there any certain way the copper washers were supposed to go on? I told the shop to check them out to ensure proper installation, but I was sure if there was a right or wrong way to put them on.
