Trying to start engine for first time, new IPR, CPS, and honey badger jr. Engine is outside of truck, everything should be hooked up. Got some pressure in oil rails. No oil coming from inj oil spouts. Any advice?

500 PSI is enough to fire the injectors.

My 2 cents...for free!

I agree...my truck has popped off with ICP of 300 psi before.

Is there unburned fuel residue/smell/smoke out the exhaust?

Double check IDM & CPS connection.

What's your system voltage prior to cranking? Do you have a good booster/jump source...or a good charge on your batteries?

Can you cracked open a fitting on your fuel return to visually verify you've got good fuel pressure?

No smoke from exhaust. Not sure if I got power at IDM. Relay doesn't click. May not have ground for it on. Fuses all check out fine. Where is power wire for IDM?

Fuel pressure at gauge is at 65psi.

The PCM relay is clicking but not the IDM relay. Power going to both of them. Glow plug relay on engine is not clicking and heating glow plugs. Bad PCM?

earlier you asked if power needed to be at starter relay, that where the glowplugs get power

With the engine out of truck and on stand, wire that is suppose to reach relay, won't reach.
