Same logic as far as I'm concerened. I feel that all the time/effort/money spent enforcing/intimidating would be better spent finding better fuel sources, planting trees, making cars more efficent with less PITA stuff like the DPF, etc. I think the EPA is a great idea but it needs revamped and needs to look at rules and findings better before making decisions.
