Good afternoon,
I had a few questions about removing the e g r and the d p f. I plan on doing it all myself, just wanted to know if you are supposed to tune it before pulling everything off or is there a certain sequence to do it. Also, how much coolant will I lose when "draining" the radiator (both sides). I read somewhere I will only lose 5ish Gallons, just wanted to see what you guys lost. Thanks in advanced guys!

Tune first and start the truck to see if everything went through. It won't hurt anything to start it for a bit with a d p f off tune to make sure the tune took.

I just did everything a few weeks ago. I tuned it then started to make sure everything was good. Then I did everything and it was much easier than I thought but I searched everything before I did it and some guys on here gave me tips which helped alot. I had collant left over. Not much but a little bit. My truck only had 9000 miles so all the bolts came out easy.
