06 XLT 6.0 Auto

So I had the main power feed disconnected from the fuse box under the dash. It's all hooked back up now but the instrument cluster isn't responding anymore. I checked the fuses and all seems good there. Only weird thing I noticed is when I hooked power back up the gauges sort of fluttered around for a second then went idle.

Ay ideas what's going on? Truck will still start just fine.

turn the key to the on positions and hold down the tab that resets your trip odometer until the gauges go from one side to the other. See if reseting them helps at all.
