We had a gasket developed for the plenums at WOP hoping to get away from the messy RTV, tried a couple different gasket designs but never found one that always worked. Tested them on quite a few trucks from stock boost levels to higher than stock boost levels. Ended up scrapping the idea after a ton of time and money was invested. Just hit and miss on which trucks would seal and which would leak. In the end, Fords sealant still offered the best results. And as Dennis said, the WOP plenums and Ford sealant held 120+ boost in the WOP race vehicles without issue.
