intercooled obs?

i have a 96 powerstroke I'm looking to put an intercooler in it. If i get an intake spyder from an early 99 will it hook right up to my turbo and everything else with out changing anything?

fab for what the pipes and putting the intercooler itself in? i plan on putting a 6.0 cooler in

What would it take to mount a 6.0 intercooler if you went with the irate turbo mount set up? Would it be best to start with a set of super duty piping?
