is it possible to use e-series parts on an e99 F-350

found bellowed up pipes for 98-2003 e-series 7.3 and a fraction of the cost of e99 f-series up pipes. i guess my only question is will they work on a e99 f-series truck. ive heard of people using the non wastegated van turbos so i don't know if the up pipes are compatible
